Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth and innovation in the telecommunications sector. This role requires a deep understanding of telecom technologies, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

• To contribute to the delivery of institutional-grade research content and consulting projects

• Conduct primary and secondary research - includes expert interviews, conference attendance and notes, government agencies database, public companies annual report, etc.

• Collaborate with team members to devise content production roadmap on a quarterly basis

• Building deep expertise in the subject matter (Telecommunications)

• Support ad-hoc requests for client and platform content curation (i.e. newsletters, blogs, macro research, market study, podcasts, etc)

• Work on a cloud-based infrastructure spanning Amazon Web Services, Digital Ocean, and CloudFlare.
• End to end ownership of managing cloud infrastructure from requirement gathering till deployment.
• Write and execute build/deployment CI/CD scripts via GItHub Actions.
• Tracking and Optimising cloud infrastructure resource usage.
• Be responsible for the ongoing growth and stability of the infrastructure as we continue to add and develop new tools and services.
• Develop best practices around monitoring or performance and availability through new or existing tools.
• Write technical and user documentations like FAQs and Handbooks.

Requirements:

• Overall, 1-3 years' experience in DevOps with focus on end-to-end automation of tasks and application deployment including IaaS, PaaS or Application code.
• BS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in developing and deploying solutions using AWS ecosystem.
• Good Experience in build, release, and configuration management practices for CI/CD pipelines via Github Actions.
• Strong scripting experience in Python or Shell Scripting.
• Excellent operational knowledge of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu/ CentOS/ RHEL).
• Container administration and development utilising Kubernetes, and Docker.
