Twimbit announced the appointment of Rahul Sikka as a Senior Advisor for Middle East and Africa. A seasoned leader, Rahul brings over three decades of distinguished global leadership experience, having successfully navigated complex client relationships across different continents. He will play a pivotal role in developing next-generation consulting solutions leveraging Advanced analytics, AI, and decades of regional expertise to tackle the most complex challenges in Infrastructure development, Industrial transformation, and the rapidly expanding Green Energy and Sustainability ecosystem that are reshaping the landscape of critical growth sectors across the Middle East and Africa.

Earlier, Rahul served as senior executive leader heading the Power Transmission & Distribution (PT&D) Africa business unit at Larsen & Toubro (L&T) for 10 years till 2024. In this capacity, he led the development, strategy, and growth of L&T’s PT&D business across the continent, successfully establishing L&T’s presence across 15 key countries in North and Sub-Saharan Africa. Before joining L&T, Rahul spent 14 years with Eaton Corporation (ETN), where he held various leadership and management positions covering the Middle East, East Africa, South Asia and Central Asia. Rahul is recognized for his leadership, commitment to professional excellence, and his focus on building robust, high-performing teams across diverse geographies.
